Wild Foraged Pairing Dinner

Come experience a curated dinner at SBC’s The Cellar.
Join us Thursday, August 19th at 6pm for a memorable evening filled with local flavors from notable chefs and purveyors. Hosted by wild foraging guru, Rachael West of Eating The Ozarks, along with Springfield Brewing Company’s Chefs, Master Brewer, and Mixologists.
Enjoy a 4 course meal infused with wild ingredients and highlighting local farmers and artisans including: Urban Roots Farm, Circle B Ranch, and The Artisan’s Oven.
Tickets are $50 per person and include:
Welcome Cocktail with Wild Infused Gin.
First Course –
Artisan Oven Bread with whipped butter
2nd Course –
Urban Roots Mesclun salad with Elderberry vinaigrette
3rd Course –
Roast Wild Marinated Circle B Ranch Pork Belly with Potato Salad – Paired with a Dandelion Root ale from SBC’s Master Brewer.
4th Course –
The Cellar’s Zeppoles with Infused Cream Filling
Fin –
Local infused Digestif Cocktail
Dinner is hosted at Downtown Springfield’s newest venue, The Cellar, nextdoor to Springfield Brewing Company. Doors open at 5:30pm. Live jazz following dinner. Pre-purchased tickets only. Must be 21. Sorry no special requested or dietary accommodations.
