Wild Foraged Pairing Dinner

Come experience a curated dinner at SBC’s The Cellar.

 

Join us Wednesday, November 17th at 6pm for a memorable evening filled with local flavors from notable chefs and purveyors. Hosted by wild foraging guru, Rachael West of Eating The Ozarks, along with Springfield Brewing Company’s Chefs, and Mixologists.

 

Enjoy a 4 course meal infused with wild ingredients and highlighting local farmers and artisans including: Urban Roots Farm, Circle B Ranch, and Ty Iechyd Da Distillery.

Tickets are $50 per person and include:

  • Course 1 Wilted Wild Greens + Burdock and Root Vegetables + Maple Bourbon Vinaigrette + Summer Savory; Intermezzo Cocktail: White Negroni with Spruce Tips and Goldfinch Barrel Aged Gin
  • Course 2 Candied Circle B Ham + Whipped Paw Paws + Wood Sorrel + Roasted Almonds; Intermezzo Cocktail: Nature’s Green Thumb with Chartreuse, Double Barrel Double Oaked Dark Rum and Elderberry Dust
  • Course 3 Turkey Roulade + Spicebush + Cranberry and Spruce Tips Vinegar Reduction + Elderberry Mashed Potatoes + Dust of Juniper; Intermezzo Cocktail: Smoked Daiquiri with Wood Sorrel and Cellar Series Rye Whiskey
  • Course 4 Sweet Potato and Five Wild Mushroom Mousse + Torched Mallow + Spiced Pecans

Dinner is hosted at Downtown Springfield at SBC’s The Cellar. Doors open at 5:30pm. Live music following dinner. Pre-purchased tickets only. Must be 21. Sorry no special requested or dietary accommodations.
